Another holiday is upon us! For all the lovers and dreamers out there, The Floridian will be taking limited reservations Saturday, February 14th, also commonly known as Valentine's Day.
$40 3-course prixe fixe menu available, as well as paired down a la carte offerings.

Sweet Potato Fritter

Sweet Potato Arepa, stuffed with goat's cheese and served over a kale, radish & rainbow carrot salad, finished with a balsamic reduction.

Shrimp Mignonette

FL Sun Shrimp tossed in a datil-grapefruit mignonette and  topped with a Citrus Pepper salsa. Served with chili dusted sweet potato chips.

Braised Pork Belly

CartWheel Ranch pork belly, slow cooked and served over a butternut puree and topped with a Farro salad with FL citrus, frisee, and shaved Tomme cheese in a Tangelo vinaigrette.

MAINS

Land and Sea

All-natural CartWheel Ranch tenderloin and St. Augustine shrimp, seared and served over
ginger-sauteed winter vegetables, pommes frites, and a Tamarind-Mango Datil Jam.

S&J Flounder (or Tofu)

Cornmeal encrusted, pan fried flounder. Served over coconut rice with a Lemongrass Tomato Jam and a shaved Fennel-Napa slaw. 

Green Curry Chicken (or Tofu)

All-natural chicken or tofu, simmered in a mild green curry loaded with fresh herbs, butternut squash, carrots and cauliflower. Served over quinoa "fried rice" with a side of cilantro-cabbage slaw.

Mojo Pork Tenderloin

Citrus & herb brined pork tenderloin medallions served over garlic Mofongo and sautéed winter veggies. Topped with pickled onions and avocado crema.

Tuna Green Bean 'Niçoise'

Yellowfin Tuna, pan-seared and served over garlic aioli sautéed green beans, rainbow carrots, roasted cherry tomatoes and new potatoes--topped with capers and a roasted Red Pepper Romesco.
